A Little Bit About Career

During my 30-year international career, I had the privilege to collaborate with talented teams and incredible clients who value innovation, just as I do. The ones that embrace creative thinking and encourage unconventional approaches. Those who are motivated by their desire for uniqueness that challenges traditional norms.

Over this time, I've enjoyed working for a diverse range of companies - from ambitious startups to established multinational corporations - across various locations. I'm grateful for the invaluable experiences and insights gained from working in dynamic environments, from the sunny beaches of Miami, Pompano, and Palm Beach to vibrant cities like New York, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires.

Through my work with these companies, I have gained recognition for my expertise in business development and marketing strategies tailored to U.S. and Latin American companies. My experience in architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate has allowed me to understand these industries’ unique challenges and develop practical solutions. I am also known for identifying new market trends and developing successful strategies to capitalize on them.

I pursued architecture and business administration studies and have had the honor of holding executive positions in various fields, from architecture and construction to real estate. My linguistic abilities extend beyond my native Italian, as I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.

I absolutely adore writing! It's my favorite Sunday hobby and brings me so much happiness. That's why I created my blog, CarmeloGencarelli.com. I love nothing more than writing inspiring and empowering stories that allow me to showcase my gratitude and connect with others.

ONE MORE THING …

Many people have asked me the same question throughout my years in the business world: "Carmelo, what is the most important element that a company must possess to be successful?" My answer has never changed:

"A Culture of Trust" is the most crucial factor any company must have at its core. But what exactly is trust? Trust is all about being honest, transparent, and caring. It is a powerful force that will create long-lasting relationships with team members and clients. Never underestimate the significance of trust in your business endeavors.
